[NEWS] Heechul gets close with Sulli + declares himself to be INFINITE’s fanboy

Super Junior‘s Heechul has been extremely active on his Instagram lately, perhaps as to make up for all the lost times during his military service, and today was no different. Through his most recent posts on his spree, he excited fans of not only f(x) but INFINITE as well.

 

In the first post, he continued to showcase his friendship with Sulli as they got cozy during their sticker photo booth session. Writing, “Sulli who always smiles even when she’s lonely or sad. I asked her if it’s hard to always smile but she still smiles. Her and Tiffa Tiffa Tiffany form the best two happy virus^-^ I am just a virus bbeing bbeing ㅇㅅㅇ But why do I keep getting cut off in photos on Instagram,” he sparked the envy of fans who couldn’t decide which idol was luckier to hang out with the other. 

 

He then had supporters of Super Junior and INFINITE giddy with his second post that included a video of him going for a drive with “Be Mine” playing in the background. He wasn’t afraid to declare himself a fanboy as he said, “Kim Heenim(20) who is a fanboy of ‘Be Mine‘. Sunggyu… every time you would greet me with a 90 degree bow, I wanted to hop on your back..”leaving fans to chuckle at his randomness.

[NEWS] INFINITE’s Woohyun joins Instagram

Are you keeping track? Because INFINITE‘s Woohyun is the next celebrity to join Instagram!

Woohyun made his first post on Instagram and wrote, “How do you do this keke It’s difficult keke”, and already started to learn the ropes by posting a photo and video.

 

The video features Woohyun, Dongwoo, and Sungjong, confirming that his account is real.

 

Inspirits commented, “Yes, you’re finally on Instagram!”, “You guys are all so cute”, and “Welcome to Instagram, Woohyun!”

[NEWS] INFINITE’s Sunggyu generously gives fans money for cab fare

INFINITE‘s Sunggyu is being showered with praise for his recent show of generosity.

 

After the ‘2013 Pepsi Concert‘ on the 8th, Sunggyu saw that fans have been waiting for him late into the night.  He asked them to go home early, but they did not want to leave.  One jokingly asked for cab fare and to everyone’s surprise, Sunggyu actually started to hand out money to all his fans as shown in the picture on the left.  They reluctantly accepted the money, but whether they spent it or kept it as a souvenir to cherish is a whole other question.  

One netizen said: “I don’t think I’d be able to use that money if I were them.“

[NEWS] INFINITE confirms dates and locations for the U.S. stop of ‘One Great Step’ world tour

INFINITE previously announced their intention to make their way over to the U.S. as part of their 1st world tour ‘One Great Step‘, and now the dates and locations have been confirmed!

In addition to the previously announced locations of LA and New York, the boys will be heading to San Jose (California) and Fairfax (Virginia) as well!

[NEWS] Eunji chooses Sunggyu over L as her ideal type on ‘Running Man’

Eunji wasn’t hesitant to choose her ideal type on the September 8th broadcast of SBS‘ ‘Running Man.’

A Pink‘s Eunji and Na Eun teamed up with Gary to compete in this week’s exciting idol race.

Gary’s team rode with HaHa and his teammates, INFINITE‘s Sunggyu and L, to move to their next destination. During the ride, Gary asked A Pink, “If you were to choose between L and Suggyu as your ideal type, who would you choose?” and Eunji didn’t hesitate to answer, “It’s Sunggyu oppa.”

Meanwhile, Na Eun took her time to answer, “The two both have their own charms…”

Gary started singing a song, “She likes Sunggyu” which frustrated Eunji and Sunggyu gave a high five to Gary while maintaining his cool.

After hearing Eunji’s answer, Sunggyu wore a proud face as he told her, “Oppa will think about it” which made everyone in the van laugh.

[NEWS] INFINITE’s L’s ‘Bravo Viewtiful Part 2’ ranks #1 on pre-order charts

 

INFINITE‘s L has done it again with ‘L’s Bravo Viewtiful Part 2‘, ranking#1 on pre-order charts.

The first part, which was previously released, ranked #1 on various charts, so it probably comes as no surprise to fans that the 2nd part is well on its way to achieving the same amount of success!

 

Once pre-order sales began on the 4th, L’s photo essay rose to the top of real-time pre-order charts, and a week later, the book entered the arts/pop culture bestseller list at #1 on Kyobo Book, YES24, Interpark and Bandi&Luni’s ahead of its release.

 

 

Regarding his upcoming book, L commented, “Through this book of photos that I took daily, I hope readers can feel the same feelings of joy, sincerity, and realization that I felt. I hope this gives comfort to those who have become worn out from their everyday lives.”

[NEWS] INFINITE’s Sungyeol replies to Taeyeon with a cute shout-out on ‘Laws of the Jungle’

After Girls’ Generation‘s Taeyeon sent a message of support in a previous episode of ‘Laws of the Jungle‘, INFINITE‘s Sungyeol replied back with a message of his own.

While on the flight to get deeper into the jungle, Sungyeol couldn’t hide his shyness once again upon the mention of his ideal type, Taeyeon.

While talking about the Mayan calendar, Noh Woo Jin asked, “Do you know who Nostradamus is?” Choding Sungyeol had fans cracking up as he replied, “Is it a dinosaur?”

 

Ryu Dam, overhearing their convo, then remarked, “Don’t you know Taeyeon is the only thing on Sungyeol’s mind?”, leaving Sungyeol to accidentally pat Noh Woo Jin’s arm a bit too hard out of shy embarrassment.

Noh Woo Jin then suggested Sungyeol give a video shout-out to Taeyeon, and Sungyeol obliged, commenting, “Taeyeon noona, I will experience good things [here] and will make sure to tell you about it in a friendly way.”

[NEWS] Sungyeol revealed to have suffered minor injuries while filming ‘Idol Star Athletics Championship’

 

We can’t say we didn’t see this coming with the competitive nature of this event, but EXO‘s Tao and INFINITE‘s Woohyun and Sungyeol were revealed to have suffered minor injuries while filming the ‘Idol Star Athletics Championship‘. 

 

According to reps at the scene at Goyang Stadium, Gyeonggido on September 3, Tao injured his back while competing in the high-jump challenge. It’s said he hit his back the wrong way while he was jumping. His fellow members escorted him out to receive treatment, and Tao later returned and assured fans that he was alright.

 

Woohyun and Sungyeol also injured their chin and back when playing in the futsal [indoor soccer match] games while getting competitive and bumping into people.

 

INFINITE’s agency calmed worried fans who heard the news by responding, “Thankfully, it wasn’t a big injury. They only slipped slightly, it’s not something that fans need to worry about.”

 

Hopefully, the rest of the idol stars got through the filming safe-and-sound!

[NEWS] Power vocalists Zia and Haeri release ‘If You Loved’ MV starring INFINITE’s Hoya and Sunny Hill’s Misung

 

Power vocalists Zia and Davichi‘s Haeri have teamed up for a special digital single, “If You loved“, and they’re guaranteed to ring your hearts with this song, if not the accompanying MV.

 

The MV features INFINITE‘s Hoya and Sunny Hill‘s Misung as a couple who fall in love, but must inevitably part ways. Fans were already impressed with the two’s acting in the teaser, and the MV has receiving hype from ‘Reply 1997‘ fans who were excited to hear of Hoya returning to acting.

“If You Loved” is an acoustic ballad song by composer Minuki and expresses the inability to forget a former lover, recalling the memories of that past love. The beautiful voices of Haeri and Zia add to the message of the song to further touch hearts.
